Alpha Chi Omega is pleased to host the 2025 Collegiate Growth Academy! This training is a great opportunity for chapters to acquire new recruitment and marketing strategies; develop leadership skills; and strengthen growth, retention and belonging within the Alpha Chi Omega experience.
The VP recruitment, VP recruitment information, and VP public relations and marketing from each chapter are required to attend.
This year’s training will be in person! All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. This includes travel to Indianapolis and, if flying, transportation to and from the hotel. Chapters have budgeted for three members to attend and should cover the cost associated with travel. Travel should be coded to Alpha Chi Omega National Education, account number 7300 in Billhighway. The registration fee for Collegiate Growth Academy is $199. This is also covered by each individual chapter. A participant’s registration includes lodging and meals on-site.
If a chapter would like to send additional collegiate members of the recruitment team, the chapter will be responsible for covering their travel and lodging. In addition to the chapter being billed for the additional participant’s lodging, it will also be charged an additional $275 per person to cover meals. Please check with your chapter’s VP finance to see if the chapter has funds to cover additional attendees. If preferred, the additional collegiate team members are welcome to stay in the room shared by the VP R, VP RI and VP PRM instead of incurring the expense for an extra room. Please note, there is a maximum of four guests per room.
