WHAT IS THE EXPECTED ATTIRE?
We encourage all sisters traveling to convention to wear red and green attire as they head to Indianapolis – we want to make a splash and make it easy to spot our sisters in a crowd! For returning home, please plan to continue showcasing your Alpha Chi pride and wear Alpha Chi Omega letters or other branded gear.
Badge attire is generally expected for all meals and education sessions. Don't forget your badge! If you’ve earned a milestone pin(s), convention is a great opportunity to wear it with pride, too.
For Friday’s Reunion Night Dinner, spirit wear in the form of school colors or shirts from your college/university of initiation are encouraged! Bring along school pride decorations for your table as well, such as pennants and pompoms.
All attendees are required to wear all white, business casual (aka badge attire) and white or flesh-toned shoes for the first national chapter meeting Saturday.
Our Sunday evening Carnation Celebration Dinner is semi-formal attire as we celebrate the greatest accomplishments of our organization over the past two years.
Those participating in optional Indianapolis excursions may wear casual attire to those events.
We will provide a packing checklist closer to the event to make sure nothing is forgotten! For additional inspiration on what to wear to convention, check out our Pinterest boards!
