All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to registration@alphachiomega.org. The date of receipt is determined in the Eastern time zone. Refunds will be issued in the same method as registration payment based on the table below.

Alpha Chi Omega recognizes and values the importance of the health and wellness of event attendees. Participants agree to make informed decisions regarding travel and attendance at National Convention based on their own circumstances. Alpha Chi Omega is not responsible for health- or illness-related issues impacting attendance and will not refund registration fees for cancellations or missed events related to these issues.

No refund will be offered if a registrant cancels their participation in an excursion or service project.   

Registrants unable to attend may request a substitution in writing to registration@alphachiomega.org. Substitute must be copied on this communication. The appropriate registration fee will apply to the substitute, and any rate difference must be paid in full at the time of the request. Requests for substitutions must be received by Monday, June 12, 2024.  No requests for substitutions or transfers of registration will be accepted after June 12, 2024.

For credentialing purposes, delegates may only substitute the elected alternate delegate. This notification must be made in writing to registration@alphachiomega.org by Monday, June 12, 2024. No requests for delegate substitutions will be accepted after June 12, 2024.
