Delegates

Each biennium at a National Chapter Meeting, voting delegates are responsible for electing our next group of governance leaders – the National Council – as well as voting on the National Nominating Committee and considering proposed amendments to the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc.; The Heritage of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity; and the Ritual of Alpha Chi Omega. 

All election-related documents are created in accordance with the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. and the Policies of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. 

Responsibilities of delegates include registering for convention and completing the credential information, reading all election and legislation-related information, attending all delegate trainings and meetings, and voting on all Fraternity business during the National Chapter Meetings at convention.
