Volunteer Summit

Volunteer Summit is Alpha Chi Omega’s premier alumnae leadership academy for chapter advisors and operational volunteer teams. It combines educational sessions with sisterhood to empower and support our volunteers as they work with our collegiate and alumnae members. We are excited to also include house director training and have added an educational track for local house corporation volunteers this year! 

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM THE WEEKEND? 

We are so excited to be back in person together at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis! Attendees can expect to learn more about various leadership topics, participate in keynote sessions, be part of large group discussions and collaborate with others in breakout sessions specially designed for their volunteer role. Alpha Chi Omega’s eight volunteer core competencies have influenced topic selections through the weekend.

While you’re spending time further developing your leadership skills and taking advantage of the volunteer learning opportunities, we also hope you take time to connect with each other. Building relationships is the cornerstone of an enjoyable volunteer experience, and we plan to create intentional opportunities for you to meet and engage with other attendees!
