REGISTRATION

Registration for Volunteer Summit will close on Friday, June 13, 2025! To register, navigate to the Registration tab in the top right corner of this page. As you complete your registration, you’ll be prompted to submit a nonrefundable $199 registration fee, which supports the cost of your hotel accommodations Friday and Saturday night and meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast) throughout the weekend.

Alpha Chi Omega headquarters will be open on Friday, July 11 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EDT. Please feel free to stop by during that time for a tour if you haven't had a chance to see our building yet!

BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL

On-site registration begins at 11 a.m. EDT on Friday, July 11 and will remain open until dinner at 6 p.m. EDT. The National Housing Corporation will offer optional office hours beginning at 1 p.m. EDT. Our LHC kick-off will begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT so you should plan to arrive with enough time to check your bags at the front desk and participate. Volunteer Summit will conclude at 12 p.m. EDT on Sunday, July 13. Please do not book a return flight that leaves before 2 p.m. EDT. We ask that all attendees stay until the conclusion of Volunteer Summit!

Volunteer Summit will be held at a new location, the Marriott Indianapolis North, this year! Reservations will be booked for each attendee by headquarters. Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. EDT and check-out time is 11 a.m. EDT.

Roommate assignments will be managed by headquarters. Attendees will be assigned to room with another attendee, with two attendees per room. You have the option of noting a preferred roommate in the online event registration, although pairings cannot be guaranteed. We will work to accommodate all roommate requests as we are able.

Thursday Night Arrivals
Local house corporation volunteers needing to arrive on Thursday, July 10 should select that they need a Thursday night hotel room during registration. Please email the volunteer inbox if you need to add or cancel a room on this night if you have already submitted registration. Costs of the additional night ($179 plus taxes and fees) will be the responsibility of the volunteer.

TRANSPORTATION

We are pleased to work with Southwest Airlines as our preferred carrier for your travel to Volunteer Summit if flights from your departure city are within our travel parameters. Eligible Volunteer Summit travelers can take advantage of discounted eligible fares when traveling to/from Indianapolis. Access special rates here for your travel to Volunteer Summit. If you do not currently participate in Southwest Airlines’ Rapid Rewards Program, you can find information at www.southwest.com/corporaterapidrewards. Discounts on eligible fares are for reservations booked 3/20/2025 through 7/16/2025 for travel 7/7/2025 through 7/16/2025. If you are unable to attend the event after your ticket is reserved, reach out to October Davis before canceling your ticket. A name change on the ticket may be possible for someone else to attend in your place at no charge, or we may, in some cases, be able to help you obtain a refund.

Flying
Each local house corporation volunteer must book their own travel arrangements including travel to and from Indianapolis and, if flying, transportation to and from the hotel. We recommend making flight arrangements as early as possible to reduce costs! Attendees should plan to arrive to the hotel no later than 2:30 p.m. EDT on Friday afternoon. Return flights may depart any time after 2 p.m. EDT on Sunday.

The Marriott Indianapolis North is approximately 30 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Alpha Chi Omega will distribute a ride-share code prior to the event that you can use for transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Driving
If you are driving to Volunteer Summit, the Marriott Indianapolis North is minutes from the Keystone Crossing District and the Fashion Mall. Driving directions are available through your favorite mapping program or on the hotel's website.

The Marriott Indianapolis North offers complimentary on-site parking for guests.

ATTIRE

Friday attire is snappy casual (like you are heading to a casual business meeting; jeans are appropriate). Saturday is badge attire/business casual (like you are dressing for a business meeting or professional conference). Sunday is letters/university day. We encourage you to wear your favorite Alpha Chi Omega or college/university attire! We will move between rooms throughout the weekend, so keep that in mind as you are choosing shoes.

Don’t forget to wear layers, too, as the hotel conference rooms may run cool!
