House Directors

Volunteer Summit is Alpha Chi Omega’s premier leadership academy for chapter advisors and operational volunteer teams. Pearl Stone Partners is thrilled to participate in Volunteer Summit once again, offering house directors who support Alpha Chi Omega collegiate chapters educational sessions and networking opportunities through House Director Training.   

Training curriculum will center on house director job competencies and building productive, professional relationships with stakeholders. We are very excited about this event and are looking forward to bringing the house director staff team together to learn and grow before the start of a new academic year!

House directors contracted with Pearl Stone Partners for academic year 2023-24 are expected to attend. 

At the conclusion of the weekend, house directors will be able to: 

• Describe the impact their role has on their associated chapter and within the greater organization
• Meet expectations associated with job duties, job responsibilities and stakeholder expectations
• Find and utilize the available resources and tools
• Analyze their areas of competence and their areas of opportunity to develop skills more fully in the coming year
